Teya is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment, one of ten individual units all with panoramic views across the bay of Kalamar from almost every vantage point, 150 meters to the sea, unique, stylish and contemporary.
The apartments are ideal for couples, a single family or groups of friends, who wish to be together but would also appreciate having some privacy. This small, exclusive complex of ten apartments, consists of two 5 apartment buildings, separated by two large infinity swimming pools, joined by a waterfall. In addition, there are large communal terraces, roof terrace bar ideal for relaxing and sundowners, landscaped gardens and barbecue area where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The pool area also has full facilities including WiFi, fridge, cool water dispenser, sink, outside shower, changing room and toilet, communal telephone for local calls. The two large roof terrace with a kitchenette and toilet, offer panoramic views with a seating area from where you can watch the sunset or the stars while sipping your cocktail.
The apartment is situated 150 metres from the beach and only a 25 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive into Kalkan town centre.

Charming villa with sea and mountains views, located in a tranquil position yet only minutes away (1.5 miles) from all amenities in charming village of Santa Barbara de Nexe. The villa is max 20 minutes from Faro airport and the nearest beaches are a short drive away. Excellent for families or small groups this villa caters for a max of six people, but it has two very large living rooms and massive couches that two extra people could use if required.

It is all on one level there are no stairs to worry about. We would advise that guests hire a car although the villa is easily reached from Faro airport for around 20 euros each way by Taxi.

The private gated drive leads to a grand villa entrance. The automatic gates and fenced property provide additional safety for families with children. There is a brick-built barbecue and preparation area. The pool area has a large terrace with luxury sunloungers and parasols. There is a circular outdoor dining table located near the pool under the Tent of Arabia (please see photo) ideal for taking meals al-fresco.

The splendid landscaped gardens (7,000 sq m) have fruit trees, flower beds, lawns and a distant view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is all secluded and private.

There is a Bang and Olufsen CD player and radio with an external speaker to the pool area if required.

The sandy beach is lined with a scattering of bars, shops and restaurants so your holiday can be as lively or as relaxing as you want. The ancient hillside village of Mojacar is a 15 minute bus ride away, the bus stop is directly opposite the apartment. Vera waterpark and the fishing port of Garrucha are easily reached via the same bus service.
